Refund policy

Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@aqilah.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be reviewed and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be provided with return instructions once the request has been reviewed and accepted.


For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@aqilah.com.au as soon as possible and we will assess the issue and assist you accordingly. 

 

Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your order (subject to approval) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
