Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Aqilah is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
